They Called Us Cockroaches. We Built A Party.

India's youth has been ignored, dismissed, and insulted from the highest courts of the land. Not anymore. The Cockroach Janta Party exists for one reason: to hold every institution accountable — and to build an India worthy of its people.

A Slur From The Highest Seat.

"There are youngsters like cockroaches, who don't get any employment and don't have a place in a profession. Some become media, some become RTI activists, and they start attacking everyone."
Chief Justice of India Surya Kant · Supreme Court of India · 15 May 2026

The Chief Justice of India — the highest judicial officer in the republic — stood in open court and called India's unemployed youth cockroaches. He called them parasites. He dismissed a generation as a nuisance.

We did not burn anything. We did not riot. We organised. The Cockroach Janta Party was born the very next morning, because if the establishment sees us as insects, we will be the most resilient insects alive — the kind you cannot kill no matter how hard you try.

This party is not a joke. It is a formal, public, permanent demand for accountability — from the judiciary, the election commission, the parliament, and every institution that forgot it exists to serve India's people.

We Were Called Cockroaches. We Chose to Survive.

— Akhand Swaroop Pandit, Founder CJP

The Manifesto.

These are not suggestions. Not requests. These are demands — written publicly, held permanently on record, until the government acts or faces the swarm.

01

No Rajya Sabha for Retiring Chief Justices

Any Chief Justice of India who retires and subsequently accepts a Rajya Sabha seat, governorship, or government appointment destroys the independence of every judgment they ever delivered. Judicial independence is not a suggestion — it is a constitutional guarantee. We demand it be enforced.

Judicial Reform
02

Chief Election Commissioner Accountable for Voter Deletion

Deleting a legitimate vote is not an administrative error. It is the erasure of a citizen from democracy. We demand the Chief Election Commissioner be held personally accountable — under UAPA where evidence warrants — for every verified instance of voter roll manipulation.

Electoral Integrity
03

55% Women's Reservation in Parliament

The Nari Shakti Vandan Act gave us 33%. It was a beginning, not a destination. Women are 50% of India — they must hold at least 55% of Parliament and state assembly seats. Real representation, not tokenism.

Gender Parity
04

Time-Bound Investigation of Voter Roll Deletions

Reports of mass voter deletions have been filed, shelved, and forgotten across multiple election cycles. We demand a time-bound, independent, public investigation — with findings published, not buried after the government's term expires.

Democratic Rights
05

Mandatory Political Literacy for India's Youth

A generation is voting without understanding its own constitution. Civic education — how Parliament works, what your rights are, how to challenge power legally — must become mandatory in every school and university in India. An informed citizen is not a threat. They are the entire point.

Youth Empowerment

Our Principles.

🇮🇳
Nation First. Always.

Every position we take is evaluated on one question only: does this serve India? Not a caste, not a religion, not a donor. India.

⚖️
Constitutional. Always.

We challenge power through legal, democratic means — petitions, organisation, the ballot. No shortcuts. No exceptions.

🔍
Transparent. Always.

Zero corporate donors. No hidden backers. Every rupee, every decision, every position in full public view. We start with ourselves.

🤝
Respectful. Always.

We oppose systems, never people. Our language is sharp but never hateful. We win by being right — not by being louder than everyone else.

What the World Is Saying.

"The first party in the country which at least understands the pain of the youth."

While critics debate long-term sustainability, supporters describe CJP as filling a genuine vacuum: a serious, non-partisan, youth-led movement with actual demands.
